Akira for me was really the first anime that I had ever seen(yeah, I watched Battle of the Planets and the occasional Robotech but you get the idea), and I was super lucky to catch the traveling Otomo art exhibit when I was in Tokyo. So clearly I'm gonna draw the part when his arm starts to super crazy expand as him and Kaneda scream each other's name at each other.
